cozy decoration comfy mattress nice breakfast central location
The lobby displayed cozy decoration and warm feel. Our room provided ample space and included a super comfy mattress. Breakfast offered a nice experience as well. I found the central location particularly useful . The drink options available were good.

tasty dishes good breads unfriendly staff customer attention
The hotel breakfast had a good spread of tasty dishes and good breads (I really liked the selection).
The reception staff was not very friendly, disappointing. Rooms could use a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel restaurant needs much more customer attention, perhaps they were understaffed when we visited.

a nice stay!
efficient check-in clean room delicious options
the check-in was efficient, i received a triple room upon arrival. the room was clean and well kept. breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, i found the fresh bread and pastries to be particularly good.
the hallways had some stains on the carpets, i noticed.

the hotel provided ski storage near the reception, very convenient . there is also a steam room available in the basement, i found it quite relaxing after a day on the slopes. the hotel is well maintained!

Charming Stay with Delicious Breakfast
great location upgraded room pleasant staff
The hotel is in a great location, just five minutes from the main town. Check-in was easy , and they upgraded our room upon arrival. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The staff were pleasant. I would definitely stay again , it was a good experience.
The room lacked any equipment to make tea or coffee.
